The free plan is unlimited in time. You get 10 AI dialogue sessions per month at no cost.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, at any time without giving reasons. No minimum term, no notice periods.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), SEPA direct debit and bank transfer.
Can I embed Tolkee in my LMS?
Yes. All plans include the Embed API. You can embed Tolkee via iframe into Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors or custom portals.
Is Tolkee GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data is stored on servers in the EU. We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request.
Are there discounts for schools and universities?
Yes. Educational institutions receive special pricing. Contact us for an individual offer.
